Tartimi: if Boursin were vegan

I'm not a fan of many vegan cheeses, but this guy is the big exception.

It's creamy, it's garlicky, it's herby, it's tangy. It's basically a vegan version of Boursin. It looks like this spread on toast for an open-faced sandwich:

Sojami, the brand behind this yummy stuff, do several flavours of Tartimi, but the 'Ail et Fines Herbes' (garlic and fine herbs) is the easiest to find and the most delicious. Speaking of finding it, you'll have to head to an organic shop to get your hands on this stuff: Bio Génération, Naturalia, somewhere like that.

Best enjoyed with du pain and du vin.
